Return of Faulty or Damaged Items

All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number for a return authorization. All return items should return to us within 15 days after confirmation. Any problem reports made after 24 hours will not be honoured.

All items must be returned in the same conditions as sent, in the original packages and have all original hanging tags, Return Guarantee Tag, extra buttons, hangers, plastic wrap, if any. Please state that the parcel is a 'returned Item'.  In case of damage caused by inappropriate use of treatment of the product, no warranty or refund is provided. This also applies to damage caused by wearout.
Upon receipt the returned item(s) we will send back the correct item(s) to you. The shipping cost of sending incorrect / faulty & damaged item(s) will be fully refunded. Shipping, taxes and duties’ costs on replacing faulty or damaged item(s) will not be charged to you after the initial delivery.  

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item delivery, but you will need to pay return shipping, taxes and duties on this.  Specify the new size you require. All reserved stock will be kept for 5 days upon confirmation of exchange. Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 5 days.
